"In my experience Dr. ALIA IS THE BEST AROUND. HANDS DOWN. VERY THOROUGH, SHARP, LISTENS ... NOT LIKE MOST DOCTO RS THEIR HEAD AND NOSE IN COMPUTE. DR.ALIA'S NURSE SEEMS ALWAYS IN HURRY, RUSHES. THE SERVICE DR.ALIA TREATS YOU WORTH THAT. DON'T GO NOWHERE DR. ALIA WE NEED YOU !!! Comfortable staff nice friendly people. Office and waiting area clean."

"Unfortunately I have to change my earlier 5 star review. The second star is only for Dr. Alia, who I still believe is a great doctor. His office staff is so bad that I had to leave the practice and find a new doctor. They wouldn't fax my bloodwork paperwork and when I asked for it to be mailed they said "we will but you'll probably never get it" lo and behold it never showed up. I just cannot afford to take days off work to pick up bloodwork orders."

"If I could give it a zero stars I would. Whoever the two women are who answer the phones at this location are extremely rude. We are new to the area and my husband is a disabled veteran who wanted to schedule his appt to see his new pcm. The women were short with him, snappy and told him how they had just told him the information earlier when he called. Not even aware of his mental disability. He called back and cancelled his appt. No one wants to go into an office with rude staff who can't even take care of their patients over the phone properly. Very sad since the Doctor himself seemed to have great reviews. So he could be a great Dr but his front desk staff sucks. Tricare will be notified."

"Dr. Alia has a very unprofessional office staff. As a patient of 14 years, I have trusted his medical advice and followed him from his previous location to the new office as part of Access Health Care. It is nearly IMPOSSIBLE to see Dr. Alia with less that 10 days notice, forget about those unexpected illnesses, you won't get in. When speaking with his office staff to make an appointment I was treated disrepectfully and they refused to accomodate my needs. I'm sad to say I will be leaving Dr. Alia's care as a result of the poor management and unprofessional office staff."

"My husband had an appointment with Dr. Alia this morning at 10:30 for his Vit b-12 injection, among others. He is 75 years old with diabetes. My husband was 5 MINUTES LATE for the appt., due to traffic. I KNOW he had pleanty of time to get there, as we live nearby. Now, get this...they refused to allow my husband to be seen, today, as, as I said, he was 5 MINUTES LATE. How many times had I been there, with him, and he had to wit almost an hour to be seen? When he asked for the B-12 shot (for tremors due to the diabetes), they refused to give it to him, saying that they did not have any. I tried to telephone the office, and now, they are not answering the phone at all. Again, it is the front office staff that is not doing their job. Why can't they be trained to do their jobs????"
