"I have received physical therapy for over 8 weeks after having hip replacement surgery. I was referred to Pinnacle Home Health Care by my Orthopedic surgical team for home care physical therapy. My therapy team was composed of an evaluation nurse and a physical therapist. Both nurses were fantasic and each brought with them a huge leval of expertise and encouragement that I desperately needed. Jason was the evaluator and Lisa my physical therapist. Both were the finest physical therapist I ever worked with after having many surgical procedures requiring extensive therapy. I highly recommend Pinnacle Home Healthcare for any patient requiring quality therapy. They're team was extremely knowledgeable and demonstrated extremely wonderful kindness and concerned with my overall outcome of success. I hope that this evaluation is received by administrators who will acknowledge their success and excellence to them personally as they deserve recognition for the skill and medical expertise. My orthopedic doctor team should also be advised on this evaluation as they should also know of the level of quality care they have provided! David Paul Letasi 9/28/45"

"Lousiest home health agency. Physical therapist sent to house was only a tech, not a certified licensed therapist. Her name is Vicky. First physical therapist told us his name was Sebastian. This same man works at Crystal River Healthcare and Rehabilitation Center in Crystal River on 12th Ave near Hwy 44. However, the nurse case manager, Heidi says he's not allowed to work at a nursing home, only at Assisted Living Facilities, so she said I was wrong. I have my husband as a witness because this same "Sebastian" took care of my husband's roommate at the rehab center. I was told by Sebastian to put my cellphone number into his cellphone which I did and this Sebastian is the person who keeps answering his calls. As of today, he's saying I'm confused because Armi was here not him & he doesn't know us from any rehab center. When Sebastian was here on June 8th he said he didn't need my husband's signature to prove he came here and did nothing . He said I was the witness. Well if he keeps saying he wasn't here, then I guess I never saw him here. I reported the agency for insurance fraud to my Medicare provider and to the Florida State Licensing Board for Home Health Agencies. The Social Worker has put in the folder she's a Social Worker. The Nurse Case Manager stated that Allegra is the RN, not Social Worker and I'm reading that wrong. Funny, I'm sure "SOC" for her title means Social Worker because that's also what she told us she is. But again I'm told I'm wrong. So who the heck has been coming into our home posing as health care workers trying to get paid for someone else not doing their jobs and not showing up. Care was lousy except for the LPN, Alexis, who was caring and discussed what their agency had to offer, before I spoke to nurse case manager Heidi, who stated those services aren't rendered by their Pinnacle website information and the website link given to us isn't theirs, even though it's listed in their folder also. Who owns this HHA anyways? I read reviews if passionate care. Were those reviews written by owners or staff members? Because this is the second time in 3 years we were assigned Pinnacle Healthcare and both times care was lousy. Or I should say , first time I only signed that therapist was here 5 times however I never received any physical therapy after signing they were here. Right away they all left in a hurry. This time we get pushed around in our own house and treated unfairly by incompetent staff. If you fear for your life, don't use this home health agency. Go with your gut feeling!!"

"I had total knee replacement and that same week Charmaine came to assess and provide exercises for me to do. After that I had Sue Fair who continued follow up with me. I can not say enough for their diligence and support. I did not select them but I would highly recommend them to anyone who needs home Physical Therapy! I do not think my range of motion would be as good as it currently is. Nursing staff is also professional, I had Jennifer and Amanda."

"Management doesn't care about the patient what the patient wants. I've had a nurse for months we have had a good relationship. Other nurses even the rn's I've had problems with the job they do. When I called management to inquire about keeping Serina they said no she was no longer assigned to my area. I asked if they didn't want to make me happy maybe I needed to change companies. I was told to go ahead. I also said that I'm sure the company would be happy to lose$220.00 every week."

"Barry was my therapist and he was awesome. He went above And beyond explained all my concerns of what was going on with my knee replacement! He was extremely knowledgeable and made my therapy here at home very easy to do and got me Walking back on my feet much sooner than I thought! I would just like to thank him very much for all his knowledge and compassion and my therapy sessions. Thank you again again."
