"The first time I called to make an appointment with this doctor the staff told me right up front not to make an appointment if I was expecting any narcotics. Who does that? My biggest complaint about her is that she is rude and insulting. I feel like I am back in the principals office in grade school if I gained a pound or two when I go back. Last time I went she made a remark about my triglycerides being a little high so the refrigerator must be calling me Since I have retired. I found that insulting. I am still at a 25 BMI even if I gained one or 2 pounds. I really don’t understand where she’s coming from . And it really is difficult to understand her with her accent . She has no bedside manner. Maybe it’s her culture? Anyway I’ve had enough….. I don’t need to pay people to be rude to me. I can find that anywhere and everywhere…"

"After 21 yrs with this doctor, I finally had to drop her. She refuses to listen to criticism about her staff. They are horrible. The doctor is not aware of what they say or do to patients. The staff will only do what they want. If your requests cause them any additional work, they'll say "I'll send a message to the doctor" and NOT do it. Those 2 employees have contributed to increasing, and me needing further medical assistance. The breaking point, she watched as I was not ( in my opinion, and tried talking to her about it,) being treated correctly by 2 other specislists. She said she didn't want to hear it. YOU ARE (NOW WERE) MY PRIMARY. YOU'RE SUPPOSE TO HAVE MY BACK!! Because of that office's practices, I recommend you to find another doctor. She gave up her hospital rights, so you're on your own there. She wrote things in my portal about me, but NEVER discussed the issues with me. I'm devastated looking back. I know now, NOT ONE doctor can be completley trusted. Keep copies of your tests, labs, scripts. Trust me. If any issue comes up, you'll hear, "we don't keep copies of that" Sharon called and told me I need a biopsy. But wouldn't explain why, and initially where. I had to get loud and say "biopsy of what". Really? They didn't even know there are different types of biopsies. If you keep this doctor, let the OTHER doctors you see take care of their part. She wants to do it all!! I thought it was because she cared, no, it's about the money. After all those years, I look back and can say with 100% confidence, I've NEVER seen an African American patient. Also, this doctor blatantly violated the HIPPA laws."

"I have been a patient of Dr. Kardashians for over 10 years. I have always been very happy with her care of me. She has always taken as much time is needed. Never rushed me out of the office. I have never had a problem getting any paperwork from the office.Nor do I have a problem with prescriptions. She has always been pleasant, and made me feel comfortable. I would not want any other primary physician."

"Completely unhelpful Doctor and staff. It's her way or no way! Worst routine physical I have ever had! No hernia or prostate check, no abdomen palp, I felt like lots of checks were omitted compared to my old doctor. Now we are on vacation and need a prescription filled for thyroid medication my wife has been on for 25 years(the wife WAS a patient here too), She refuses to fill without an office visit, we explained we are 1500 miles away on an extended vacation, office staff basically said to bad. We then asked for our records so we could get a new Dr., They said we need to fill out a release form, I asked her to email us the form and they refused. When we return to Florida in September first priority is getting a new doctor!!! Please look at the other reviews here and choose wisely"

"From the time you walk in the office..this where begins the worst experience ever!! The front desk staff are ALL rude..even listening to them when they are on the phone they are short and abrupt . I couldn't take it much longer after listening to how she spoke with people, that I actually went up to the "rude" receptionist and told her to try smiling as she talked because it could even come across nicer then she actually was. The doctor is exactly the same way if not worse. Her accent makes it even more difficult to understand when she is trying to explain things. She also makes you do other health checks that are not necessary to possibly get a bigger kick back from the insurance company. She said it was required that my mother have a eye exam and said it was to check for diabetes, even though the lab work came back and did not indicate any concern for this. I called the insurance company after words to ask them if this was a requirement when you are establishing a new PCP visit and they said it was not. I also highly suggest you not bring any one who is elderly in to this doctor. When I mentioned to the doctor on how rude her staff was her exact comment was.. "Mondays are very busy, so maybe just not schedule on a Monday the next time."..There are to many doctors in this area..avoid this one at all cost..or drive the extra distance to get a doctor that you feel can give you a better experience..or the added stress to your already hectic day."
