"Went here once and they changed my PIN and didn't give it to me. Came again and didn't have the PIN they didn't give me and they told me I had to make an appointment with corporate to get access to my account. Called my Metro and got my PIN in about 7 minutes. I don't see any reason why I couldn't have got it from the store when I was there in person. They should probably hire more knowledgeable staff."

"I went there 1 day for a phone planndidnt work had to return and got same agent kyle he was great he did his hardest to have me walk out that store with a phone he was amazing and another agent there was helpful think his name is Greg for Gary not sure but both were amazing multi tasking in between customers!! Highly recommended!!"

"Jennifer is absolutely amazing. We went to 2 other metropcs stores that were price-jacking and scamming us out of savings before coming here…and we wished we came here to see her first! Jennifer was honest, kind, helpful, and took away all of the much unnecessary stress that the other stores caused us. MetroPCS is lucky to have her…i hope they never take her for granted."

"If I could give zero stars I would. I went to the store to get a new phone. Was told due to the plan that there was no upgrade on the plan so a phone purchase would be full price. Okay, no problem. Spent several hundred dollars (sales associate Evan) to find out after 4 days this was not the right fit for us. Went to the store to return/exchange and was told that be cause it was an upgrade it was not able to be returned. When I asked for a manager I never got one but was told to go see Louis at East Bay. It’s the principal. You charged me full price and then wouldn’t allow us to return because the sales associate put in as an upgrade…When I asked for the difference which was only $50 from the upgrade price to what I paid full price they wouldn’t do it. So moral of the post and review, this company doesn’t care what their employees do not do they care what makes ethical sense. They take the cash and from their zero. By the way, the purchase was for my elderly handicapped mom who was unable to use the phone and the features. Although Jennifer was kind she did absolutely nothing for us, wanted her manager to handle but to so I’d have to drive to another location. Don’t go to this store. Dirty, unmanaged and not helpful. Stay away regardless of what they lie to you about."
