"Stay far away from this store. Went in yesterday to add a line and a phone to my account they told me it was going to be $160 for activation and fees. They added lines to my account with Sync Trackers because I had auto pay (it won’t show on your bill because auto pay covers it however your missing out on your auto pay discount because of this so check your bill!) They put on unwanted equipment to make my “activation and fees” when I should have just been charged $64. They openly admitted to scamming and they do this to customers! Beware, beware. Bryan the store manager allows this to go on and trains his employees to do this to their customers! Ask for a print out of your receipt, deals they offer you are TOO GOOD to be true. Make sure you’re paying for what you asked for and they aren’t adding on these extra items or lines. Fees and activations are NOT $160-$250! Be cautious with this store and everything!"

"The assistant manager lacynda was fantastic. She is not cavalier in this business. I could tell she had been doing this for quiet a long time. She really saved the day and went above and beyond to help me keep my Information. I would recommend anybody to switch to t-mobile specifically for her service. That women is an ASSET that's for sure."
