"Price doesn't justify service level and owner purposefully (or incompetently) overcharged my credit card. I was originally going to give 3 stars for owner staying open 30 mins longer to complete my massage, but I realized the billing tricks at the end was where she got me. I ended up paying $116 for one hour basic massage. She said I had to pre-pay $70 because they were going to close the cash register, so I paid with credit card and was charged $73 for using a credit card. Massage was OK. It was about $40/hr massage service, not $70. It was still 3 star level, so I was about to give $15 tip and owner wanted $20. We argue about it for 2 minutes and I give-in and she then charges my credit again for $23 on a new transaction, even though she told me it was closed. I told her I can give her cash for $20 if she'd like me to cancel the transaction and she starts yelling at me about not paying cash to begin with. She said she cancelled it and hands me what I thought was the VOID receipt. It was a different receipt. Owner is either a trickster or incompetent, but either way, the premium price is not reflective of the service."
