"Horrible haircut for my 12 yo, to the point that he came home tearful with his adult brother. Manager, Laura when confronted the following day, tried to blame on my son. " I asked him if it was okay before he left".... He is a kid and traumatized to the point that he don't want to go to school. My family been going there for 20 years, aside from Jenna the rest need to change careers and not touch those scissors. It was awful ... getting it fixed at a more reputable place... SPORTS CLIP.. There's a reason FS cheaper, very low quality stylist. DONT BRING YOUR CHILDREN to this salon."
