There were multiple issues with it, from an item being out of stock and a refund not going on my Ulta gift card yet and a few other things. She was kind, helpful, patient and made what could of been a stressful situation easy. All while dealing with a line of customers waiting to check out and being short-staffed. She is the perfect example of excellent customer service."
