"I will share more about my experience once I hear back from the Better Business Bureau. To be fair, I would highly recommend Samantha for a haircut. I went in 3 times and paid over $400. I laid all this out in the BBB report. I'm asking for a fair resolution. And, I would never request tips back from stylists. Hopefully the salon will take this seriously before responding to a Google review first."

"I went to two different salons in Kansas City which were Aveda and left not happy with either. Went to this one and Samantha fully understood the assignment. She gave me exactly what I wanted and I'm continuously happy about my hair on a daily basis! I wanted layers and she gave them! The other two stylists were afraid to cut! I'm looking forward to seeing her again once I make it back down to the Clearwater area. "
