"A week and a half ago I had a dip plus overlay of gel to create a design. After that period of time it started to ship and I was very disappointed. I called the salon and talk to the manager i.e. owner, and she redid the whole set of nails to make sure that there wouldn’t be any more issues. a new person that didn’t know the proper procedure had performed by previous manicure. She did a fabulous job and also a very nice pedicure."
