"I'm sorry to spoil their 5 Star rating but from my experience, they deserved it. On June 5th a very nice young man came to my home to discuss repairing my sprinkler system. It was decided that it would make more sense to go with a complete new system. As far as I was concerned, we ordered the new system then, although I had no schematic diagram or firm price. Today is June 24th and we have got nothing but lip service (it's always going to be within 2 weeks). I have received zero paper work or a firm price. There is a lady in the office that seems to know nothing about the business. Her main concern was that her husband had cancer, for which I am very sorry. I, myself, am a survior of stage 3 cancer and happy to say, I am 18 years cancer free...I decided that I had enough and CANCELLED my order today."

"I have been a customer of Vance Systems for about 5 years and I am always very satisfied with the service they provide. The technicians are always knowledgeable, personal and good representatives of the company they work for. Yesterday I came home from vacation and found my Rainbird control box was no longer working. Of course I called Vance and they were out within hours to put in a new box and check the system. Matt was the Technician assigned to my job and I can't say enough about how he cared about the job he was doing. More important than that, Matt cared about me and wanted to make sure I knew how to work the new system which was different than my old Rainbird control box.
