"STAY AWAY !!! I won’t even give them a one star !! If you want to get ripped off then this is your place ! My husband and I bought a new stove with the knobs on the front of the stove as opposed to the back. Because of that we needed a 30” piece of granite to go behind the back of the stove to meet the other granite on either side where they couldn’t place it when we put our granite in 7 yrs ago. Unfortunately the granite place that was there 7 yrs ago is now Granite Wearhouse, but they had our granite there and said they could do this simple job…. Ya right !!! They made us go over 3 time to verify the the correct piece and color. Had us give a deposit and that we’d get a call within a day or two. A week goes by and no call ! She apologized because she put our paperwork in the wrong place. We rescheduled again as to when someone would come to measure and then get another phone call as to when they would put it in. Again over a week went by so I had to call AGAIN, another apology and said we needed to pay extra to remove 4 pieces of tile, after we had paid them 150.00 to have the job done… this was NEVER mentioned in ANY conversations we had. We’re now a month into all of this running around and milking us for more money !! We told them we wanted our money back, they argued with us about everything and refused to take responsibility for anything they did or should I say didn’t do !!! They finally said they’d send us a check, a week went by and NO check. We called again and said they had to go through management and needed all of our CC information. These people are crooks… PLEASE DO NOT GO HERE !!! Our CC company has been notified and they helped us get our money back. Shady people who can’t even do a simple job…. STAY AWAY !!"

"The guy that came out and took measurements promised us an estimate by that Thursday. The following Thursday, a week after promised date, I finally called to cancel. If they can’t even get the estimate on time or communicate the problem, what’s it going to be like when they do the work? The guy, Ben, called me a few days later confused why I was upset and said he was getting ready to send the estimate. I told him it was too late. He said his turnaround time was industry standard. If that’s the case, don’t promise you’ll have it earlier. Lack of communication and not delivering on time is a big no bueno for me."

"Extremely upset with this company. I went in, found a product I liked for my vanity top, it was already sold to someone else. Stephanie gave me the product name and wholesalers information in Tampa to go pick out another one there. We drove to Tampa, over 2 hours, picked out the slab we wanted, offerred to pay right then, was told we'd have to pay Cabinet Warehouse directly. Called Stephanie to tell her we chose our slab and asked what the next step was? She said she would contact me when it came in so we could pick the section of the large slab that we wanted to use. I called her back to see what the delay was a few days later, she said to come in Sat. I called Sat to be sure she was there. She was out sick. They are closed Sunday. We went in on Monday and they had sold our slab to someone else! It was there, but with somone elses' name on it! The manager came out when I asked for her, but she was not very helpful and really didn't seem to care. There is no more of this product and we are livid! Stay away, horrible customer service!"

The installation process had a few bumps that were quickly sorted by Stephanie and Ben. As a result of the professional installation, the cabinets and granite look beautiful in our home. I would recommend Cabinet Warehouse to anyone looking for high-quality cabinets at an affordable price."
