"I know it's Dollar tree but. On several occasions the store always looks dirty and messy. On my LAST visit the young cashier never looked up, never said hello, never told me my total I finally saw on the screen, I paid no thank you,have a nice day. The new thank you then finally said want your reciept. I said yes and I left. Never to return to that Dollar tree. Sad but I can spend my money at the many other customer friendly locations. Poor customer service. The cashier name on my receipt was Danielle."

"This is not the Dollar Tree I normally shop at, but I had other business nearby so stopped in for a few needed items. This was nearly the worst Dollar Tree I have been in. Carts full of boxes of mdse. scattered all around the store. Many empty shelves. No real food, just snacks and candy. No tortilla chips. Both rest rooms locked with "out of order" signs. Indifferent employees. I can't understand how Dollar Tree allows a store like this to exist?"

"I have been an avid shopper at Dollar Tree since my husband and I left New York a year ago to reside in Spring Hill, Florida. You can say I practically “live” at the store as I frequent it so much ;-). Every time I walk in for one thing, I walk out with bags full of goodies. I have noticed Florida is full of Dollar Trees but I only shop at store # 5196. It is always clean, organized, and fully stocked. I am taking the time to write to Corporate today about Heather, the store’s Manager. Heather is truly the full package: intelligent, hard-working, and personable, understanding the importance of maintaining a high level of professionalism when interacting with staff and customers. She knows her store! She organizes merchandise to perfection. Whenever I walk down an aisle, I notice Heather’s touch. This woman deserves to be recognized and commended for her hard work and dedication and is definitely deserving of a raise upon her next review. Needless to say, what accompanies an excellent manager is a superb staff. What a topnotch team at Heather’s store: Kudos to Christina, Amanda, Angel, Scott, Andi, and Sue.
