"It's looking like spring in the garden center! Absolutely love that they almost always have milkweed. I have it all over my property. It really does attract Monarch butterflies. Save a Monarch, buy some easy to grow, maintain and it gets lovely seed pods to spread the love milkweed today ❤"

"Mariana had such a horrible attitude towards my mother and I. She was standing outside with another worker doing nothing when we had asked if it was alright we check out here or needed to go inside. Rolled her eyes and responded snooty and huffingly said "No I'll be right there." Had the audacity to say that us "white women were in a hurry but now can't pay fast". There was no one else in the garden center. We spend lots here at this store and have always had awesome customer service. Think they need to remind Mariana of some proper customer service. Contacted Store and Corporate."

"Horrible customer service! Staff are so rude and completely unwilling to help. I needed help loading bags of top soil in one of those big carts they have. For one, I couldn’t find a cart, then when I asked for help they guy acted like I was rude for asking him. Like how dare me ask him for help. He was standing near a register and from what it looked like doing nothing. So I figured I’d ask him. I also was asking about the top soil and he didn’t want to answer my questions. He was just so rude! I was trying to figure out how many bags of top soil I needed and he was getting mad at me for having him load more. This guy really just didn’t want to be helping me. I have no idea why. I was so nice to him, they was he should have been to me. I forgot the rest of the stuff I needed to get because this guy stressed me out so much! Anyway, so I get to the register and the cashier lady was also rude to me. I was asking if I could pull my car up for them to load. She jumped down my throat and told me “well you’ll just have to wait until I can see if there’s someone that can help you, as you can see were busy right now”. There was literally like one other person in site and there wasn’t anyone loading anything into cars. I was trying everything in my power to stay positive and keep a smile but jeez! These people have horrible customer service skills!"
