"This place is a nightmare. Nobody does anything to clean up this community. The sign in the front looks like straight out of the hood. Nobody cuts the lawn, they don't call complaints and they don't do anything to help the community. The people at bingo are extremely rude. There's a woman that calls with glasses and she is just unbelievable. Nobody is happy when they come there unless they're the same residence that been going there for 30 years. They need a younger staff and start calling code enforcement and clean up their community. They should be ashamed of themselves to host Bingo when their Community looks like that"

"Horrible staff. No talking permitted unless you are the staff or one of the regular players who seem to be a clique. No clapping or congrats on winning that is not permitted. If you talk, you are shushed by them. When they are talking it is generally about the non regulars and of course the woman calling numbers is loud and clear on the microphone. She likes to make fun of people who don't call Bingo loud enough, or people she takes a dislike too, and don't ask questions she makes comments to her clique and other staff about how stupid the person is which of course is heard by all. Other staff members laugh and tell her in a joking manner that she needs to be nicer. If you like to be bullied or watch others be bullied this is the place for you. If you want a good group with friendly staff willing to assist then go somewhere else."

"This place sucked. Can’t even talk while you are playing, not even get excited when you win that someone doesn’t say shush. Very rude old lady and man behind us told us to shush and lady next to us said “ that’s the rules” very rude!"

"DO NOT GO HERE. My grandpa who is 67 years old and a disabled veteran was kicked out due to having a cough from a medical condition that he CAN NOT control. This medical condition causes him to cough occasionally. Keep in mind the condition/coughs are NOT contagious. He was kicked out within the first 10 minutes of bingo because he coughed a few times. After his medical condition being explained to the staff and being assured that this occasional cough is from a medical condition he was still not able to play and had to LEAVE. This is insane to me considering the fact that most people who play bingo are older and many of them have medical conditions as well. He has NEVER experienced such discrimination or ever even been asked to be quiet or leave. We have been to many places that aren’t large establishments and are quiet and have yet to ever been asked to leave or even to be quiet. My poor grandpa feels like a burden to those around him for something he can’t control and that does not AFFECT ANYONE besides hearing it. RIDICULOUS!"
