Penguin's Buggy Wash

"If I could give 0 stars, I would. $2.50 per every 4 minutes is ridiculous. Especially when I have another place I can go that I spend $10 to $15 (max) for 20 minutes to wash either my jeep. I barely got my jeep rinsed before it shut off, and I had to swipe my card again to wash it and rinse it. DO BETTER! TOTALLY DISAPPOINTED!!!! I WILL NEVER RETURN!"

"I drive from late afternoon, all through the night and into the morning for a car service, shout out to 4Ridez ,love my job. We wash our cars after every shift for the next driver and for our customers ,but getting off at all hours of the early morning, limits your choices where you can wash up and vacuum. I think I was told my first shift about Penguin's so I've been using them 5 to 7 days a week for around 6 months. I've never had a problem at Penguin's not once. I don't know about if every single one, but a good percentage of the night drivers use Penguin's as well and have never heard anyone say a negative thing about them. I've also noticed since my time using them if something gets broken like a vacuum attachment or a blown fitting on a sprayer when I come back the next morning whatever it was, has been taken care of. It's always well stocked and clean. There's 4 bays for you to wash your ride at and they're all great. Your always free to go to the corporate 20 freaking bay car wash that just went up right up the road from Penguin's. It's just shinier and brand new but does exactly the same thing as Penguin's., but Penguin's is cheap and I am grateful for that during these crazy days with crazy prices going up on damn near everything. I'll take some pictures tomorrow morning when I'm there once again. Not sure how long but they've been there quite awhile. And now there's so many damn car washes in my area of Florida. Yet I will continue to use Penguin's for the reasons listed above. And others... . After 6 months I'm comfortable at Penguin's. And working overnight that's important. Support your local small businesses. Update-7/23/24 Google asked me to Update my post and share more about my experience at Penguins but I don't know what else to say I stand by everything I previously said.I still use them usually 7 days a week minimum 6 I still wash and rinse my car for 4.50 a day and that includes vacuuming the car and the air freshener is optional lol so 3.50 if you don't want it. But for a dollar vs 3.99 at wawa I'll get it there. Cause who doesn't want there car to smell good? Gotta keep it fresh. And self service for me personally is actually nice after sitting in a car as long as I do. Plus sorry I get it way cleaner than the auto crap. But uh yeah...still use em every day prices didn't go up like every other thing on the planet and I gotta say the soap I use on the scrub brush everyday is thick and actually sudsy it seems like it's good quality soap not watered down crap so when I'm running around my car like a chicken with it's head cut off, because you gotta be fast if you want it cheap. And I want it cheap. But on days I don't I just throw a couple more quarters in, but the soap actually doing it's job makes it quicker and easier for me. I sound like a commercial lmao but it's all true check em out"

"Always has bays available to wash and vacuum your vehicle. Soaps arw always filled and never empty. Coin machines work as they should. Cool lil place to clean your car or truck"

"I've been using this car was for years. I prefer using self service car washes on my car so I know it's clean when I am done, vs drive thrus where you are never sure how it will come out. I never had a problem when the previous owner ran this place, but now I have been burnt three or four times where the equipment did not function properly. The last time absolutely no water (or anything else for that matter) came out of the hose. Of course my credit card was charged. I left and will never go back and that's a shame since this place is close to home."
