Auto Shine Car Wash

"Just went there this morning Normally they do a walk around ,not sure if they did or not ,but if they did they did not document the scratch (interesting), They put a deep scratch in my passenger window , and tried to say no way it happened here , the scratch cannot be repaired , the window has to be replaced, I don't know how a business can treat people this way , I'm not trying to get away with anything , the scratch is righting my line of vision so I'm certain I would have seen it before , They refused to give me they're insurance info as well , I have been in the customer service industry for 30 years , when you damage something you own up to it and take care of your customer , I say , hey Denise ( lady at front desk ) how about I cause damage to something of yours that you work hard to keep nice and pay alot of money for , then tell you sorry can't help you ? How would you feel , This is a terrible way to do business , Beware Dunedin !! I have lived in Dunedin for 21 years and given this place ALOT of money over the years , never again !! She acted like she was going to take care of until it was determined that it couldn't be repaired then when I showed her the estimate to replace it she refused , ( Shady )"

"I don't take time to leave reviews but I just wanted to rave about the service here. I brought my car in filled with dog hair and felt horrible and embarrassed to bring it in that state. Not only did they do a superb job but didn't complain. And even felt bad for not getting it spotless. I can't recommend this place enough. Thank you for your customer service."

"The woman at the front desk is completely unreasonable and rude. As we are waiting for the car, calls us outside of the building and says "just so you know, we are not responsible for any damage to your car caused by the carwash" I was like what?! She then reminds me of an issue we had about two years ago where they damaged one of my wheels and even though I had video proof, they refused to take responsibility for the damage. I offered to do a walk around on the car with her before running car through the wash but she wasn't interested. I had actually forgotten about this incident but she was quick to remind us, needless to say we had to pull our car out and leave BUYER BEWARE! In my own personal experience and opinion, these people WILL NOT take responsibility for any damage to your vechicle."

"Frankly, I was surprised with this place. Expect to spend about 30-60 minutes, depending on how many other customers are there. My son and I walked to Dunkin Donuts for a snack, and by the time we got back, the car was done and delightfully clean! This was a big time saver for us!"
