"I had called freeway to add & remove cars on my policy. I was told that I had to renew policy before doing this. I was renewing policy on phone and while I was disconnected four times by Miami & Winter Haven office. I called several more times and held for 5-15 minutes each time & my calls kept getting disconnected. I experience this every month. I finally spoke with a wonderful agent named Lori from the Dunedin office. Lori was wonderful & I would like to let everyone know that if it wasn't for her, I would've given my business to another insurance agency. I hope that in future all the Freeway agents would care as much as Lori did! I want to express my gratitude to Lori for providing me excellent customer service. Always ask for your representatives name upon answering your call so that you don't have this problem. I rate Lori five stars. I would really appreciate for higher management of Freeway to look into this constant disconnection problem and look much deeper into this recurring problem!
