"I’ve been insured through AAmerican for over 15 years. I have 3 policies with them for a total annual gross of about $8,000. Today, I asked for a little assistance with getting a payment delivered. Homeowner’s Choice seems to be still in the ‘50’s and only accepts checks directed to their PO Box. Since I am out of the country, and have no access to mail service, just UPS and Fed Ex, who do NOT deliver to PO Boxes, I need another way to pay. My answer from A American? Essentially Touch s—t! Wonder what it would be like if I had a clai?Probably wouldn’t recognize the name!"
