"I worked with Sean Bannigan to buy a car sight unseen when I was 700 miles away. Sean was more than helpful taking pictures and answering every question and concern I had. This was my first time buying a car without seeing it so was quite concerned. Sean and the folks at Estero Bay made the process as smooth as possible without the 'sleezy salesman' stereotype. The car was ready to test drive when I arrived and I left with the keys in a matter of hours (bit of a wait to do the paperwork as expected on a weekend). Excellent experience!!"

"We purchased a used truck from this dealership. 1 day later engine and transmission lights came … even though they said they ‘did their certification checks’. They said they would fix. It was taking over 2 weeks to get fixed. Customer service NEVER called back and the only way we got updates was to go there in person. Gino, their GM also never called back. Finally, the day we were to pick it up, someone there drove into the back bumper which then needed to be replaced. A complete disaster!! I will never do business again with this dealer. The saga continues. After I posted this review, the GM responded. I reached out to him and again never got a reply. 6 weeks later and they still have not sent me the license plates for the car. Do yourself a favor, save yourself the frustration and waisted time. Buy you car at a different dealer. Is there negative stars???"
