"My experience with the Service Dept started off rocky. The service writer was very curt, was not very cooperative and gave conflicting information when pressed for answers. I was not upset that the vehicle broke down, things like that happen. It was just the nonchalant attitude and conflicting information the service writer was presenting to me. My situation was escalated to the Service managers quickly because I was not putting up with the service writers inability to articulate information properly. The situation changed as soon as I was introduced to Desiree Ratliff and Brian Kline. Desiree was very professional and handled the situation immediately. The technician apparently said the repairs were not warranty, as soon as Desiree and Brian were informed of the issue both seemed stumped as to why the repairs were not covered under warranty. Desiree looked into the situation and the situation immediately changed. Everything was covered and Brian even arranged for a loaner/rental vehicle for me. The repairs were completed quickly and appears to be performed properly, The vehicle starts, runs and operates properly at this time. It just seems to me that it is a shame that my situation needed to be escalated to the Service Manager Level to get the situation corrected. Wondering how many other customers have had a bad experience with the service writer. Maybe additional training is needed for the service writers. A great big THANK YOU to Desiree and Brian.
