"Edit to my review: When you sign up of course they are amazing to you and immediately after are hounding you to leave a 5 star review. BUT, than it’s “who are you?” I’ve emailed 15 times, called about 30 times and left messages only about twice over the course of 3 weeks begging them to upgrade me and i want to pay more!!!!!! However, they have never got back to me so when i call customer service (not the location) they apologize and say “we will get the district manager involved and you will get a call today” well…… that was 11 days ago (as of the day of this review) I don’t expect anything from them at this point as again, they care about new business but not their current paying customers, therefore, they have lost my business and I’ve gone elsewhere with my larger unit size since they don’t want more of my money. Don’t expect any attention from them after you have signed up and no longer valued. Horrible business model for this location (not saying all locations are the same)"

"We have used this facility to store household items and our RV for about a year. We pay extra to have electrical power to our RV. The last couple of weeks there has been electrical issues at our electrical pole. I called and Brenda was very helpful and the problem was resolved quickly. This week my RV lost power and I have attempted to call, left 6 voicemails, 2 emails and spoke with the answering service 4 times I drove 1.5 hrs and the office was closed and dark. This is horrible customer service and we are currently looking for an alternative storage location."

"The assistant at the Spring Hill facility went above and beyond to help me...he was kind..courteous.. respectfull. I'm an 82 year old woman and it was one of the best customer service experiences I have had since moving to FL."
