"Bought a new 2022 escape March 2023. Having trouble with it & took it in. They said it was the transmission(it is under warranty) but it will be weeks before they can fix it. "I’ve been a regular customer of Flammer Ford now Ford of Springhill for several years, the service variable. I had a 9:30 appointment for a simple oil change and I arrived on time and they tell me it’s a busy day and can I leave the car a few hours! No I can’t, I needed new tires too but they didn’t know that maybe they didn’t care. Not having time for that I went to George’s Automotive a local small business and they took great care of me. So if you have an appointment with Ford of Springhill don’t expect your vehicle to be serviced promptly, this was the second time I experienced this and there won’t be a third."
"My review is related to the Service Department: I bought my Maverick in St Pete, but since Flammer Ford is much closer, I use them for care of my truck. I get treated like one of their own, and my Service Advisor, Mike S. goes out of his way to accommodate my schedule and needs. He is pleasant to deal with and works to solve problems. Every time I bring in my truck, he goes over it with fine toothed comb to make sure it's safe and well taken care of. I greatly appreciate him and all the Techs in the back that keep me going."
