"I called Oneonta from the Binghamton area, I did not want to drive all the way to Oneonta unless they had some furniture to choose from. I spoke to "Tanya", I asked her if they currently had any furniture for sale at their thrift store. She said, "usually people walk into the store and look for themselves", I'm not sure if she was trying to be uncooperative, having a bad day, or if she's trying to maintain an ambience of ignorance that can be found nowhere else? At this point it doesn't matter if they're giving away gold bullion, who wants to attach themselves to that kind of negative energy?"

"The Salvation Army has a nice food pantry open during the week, that also has a small pet food pantry. Their regular food distribution office is open a few times a week, and also has healthy foods, and a variety of fresh fruit. Friendly staff."

"Horrible place with the creepiest volunteers and employees I’ve seen they should really be ashamed to have people like that associated with the place. But I guess help is help. Please get rid of the old witch lady and screaming veteran that talks to himself as he does yard work. They have serious mental issues."
