"NO organization for player drop off. The parking process and parking lot itself is a complete mess. The fields are nice, the fun factor is there for the kids, and the environment is very laid back compared to Dreams Park. It's a great experience, but many people have not done this before, and it is not taken into consideration. Some cars had to drop kids off alone with a wagon of stuff and their baseball gear! It would be a 5 star experience if it became an organized process from start to finish accommodating all types of families, not just the ones that have been there before or have more than one parent to help."

"The changes being made by Ripken Baseball here are noticeable. Seems they are trying to make it the "cooler" version of Cooperstown. The jerseys are awesome. They are less strict with the ability to customize hats, socks, and pants. Overall, it felt welcoming and not like a barracks. The kids had fun, the fields were great, the competition level was fair, the restaurant was good, the beer garden convenient. Sure - its expensive. Yes, the bathhouses are disgusting. The food for the teams is repetitive. There is certainly room for improvement. But for a once in a lifetime experience, do it."

"This place is Plan B and they know it. This is where teams come when the place in Cooperstown is booked. Everything they do is a cheap imitation which is not a good look. The grounds are nice, Oneonta is beautiful. All the coaches refer to it as "the other place". This place is purely a money machine. The food stinks, it's got hills all around the fields so it's cramped. The guys on golf carts are grumpy, and the parking is tough for those with disabilities (you will see this in other reviews). If you're going to spend the money, you might as well book the one that's actually in Cooperstown."

"This place is amazing and just shy of heaven for the young athletes looking to compete. The surrounding scenery, the atmosphere the excitement the attention to detail by staff is second to none, is it perfect no, but it is really close. The memories that were created here will last a lifetime, the parents cannot stop talking about this extraordinary experience that they’ve had as well as their children and siblings. I would not hesitate to go back again. We all loved our time here."

"Unforgettable experience! If you have a 12 year old that plays baseball, this is a must do tournament. So glad we were able to experience it. We had a crazy week, including a heat wave and multiple rain delays. The staff did a great job rearranging things and informing us every step of the way. The hills are definitely a hike. Don't be stubborn! Take the golf carts and tractor rides."
