"They rushed us all through the showing because the realtor irresponsibly set up back to back group showings so no one had adequate time to thoroughly vet the place. From a quick look it looked fine but upon closer inspection it was in incredibly poor condition. Both the owners and the realtor lied to us on multiple occasions and demonstrated behavior that was untrustworthy. The realtor was friendly until he got money, then he became a completely different person. Ultimately we decided it was not worth the stress and ended up losing a lot of money from it. Liars, scammers, all around bad people. Don't trust them."

"These guys are liars and scammers. Stay away from EXIT Realty Homeward Bound and John Farrell. After months of back and forth, I had an accepted offer, signed contract and cashed earnest money deposit on a fixer house. John Farrell and EXIT told me the sellers have “never been to the property in real life”. The home was being sold as is, where is, and contents convey. For some reason things got quiet. I noticed online the house was still not listed as “pending” or “under contract” even though there was a signed contract and my deposit on the home had been cashed for about a week. Then the sellers “who had never even seen the property in real life” magically are in town, and decide to clear out the house of all belongings, leaving only garbage. Mind you, the house was being sold with all contents included. My accepted offer was including all items. Turns out John knew the sellers the entire time, and the sellers in fact own multiple properties in the area. They were lying to me the entire time. The sellers lived right around the corner. They decided “they could get more for the property” and the deal was dead. The house is falling down and has been listed for sale for almost one year. Do not waste your time with this company. They will lie and trick you in whatever way they can. They had also advised me to use the same attorney as the sellers for closing, which is a conflict of interest. Reading other reviews, I see this is common practice for them. Unprofessional, and they are honestly asking to get sued. Stay away."
