"Extremely bad experience with Ginger. I found I was over charged each appt & brought it to their attn. it took about 2 weeks & several status request calls. Finally I was told Ginger would call me back that day. She never did. I called the next day & was told she’s off the rest of the week. I get a check from her with a note refunding me only 1/3 what I’m owed. Gingers note states there’s same day cancellation fees. However when I called to cancel because of a family member death I was specifically told I would not be charged a fee. And now Ginger is keeping my money. And she didn’t even have the decency to call me back to discuss. Writes it in a note. Very unprofessional. She really must need that money. Says a lot about Ginger. Update to my review. I called & finally was able to speak to Ginger to try & have an adult conversation regarding the issue as I felt it was handled very unprofessionally. Ginger sent me a list of my appointments dating back 2 years that didn’t even pertain to this time when I was being over charged. She referred to my cancellations however there were no calling times in her list. Everyone has a right to cancel an appt. I rescheduled. I gave enough notice & the 2 times I didn’t due to certain circumstances I was specifically told I would NOT be charged a fee. I did not have a balance owed to them. Not at any time was I advised I was charged a fee. ONLY when I brought it to their attn that I was being over charged. Then Ginger went looking and decided to charge me fees. And to list appts from 2 years ago that had nothing to do with this time. Unreal! She did apologize for not calling me back but blamed her receptionist for that. She also mentioned my Google review & was not happy about it. And to that I said, I didn’t lie. Everything I said was the truth. She said you made it sound like we overcharged you on purpose. I said no I did not. I never said that it was intentional. However looking for a reason to not pay me back what I was owed was intentional on her part. I guess if I never said anything about being overcharged she would not have decided to create a balance owed that was not there before I said anything. I didn’t realize her policy there was that you are not allowed to cancel an appt or you will be charged a fee. Even though you are told you would not be charged a fee but then they change their mind. Nice way to run a business Ginger. Will never walk foot in there again."

"Small town support from top professionals in their field. What an awesome recovery experience! I’ve used this clinic twice for two separate issues for the past year - The entire Team here is top notch: Dr. Ginger and their Lead Admin, Misty, worked with me to get the practice in network with my insurance so I’d be 100% covered with no out of pocket, but their rates are competitive and highly affordable if your insurance doesn’t cover your program. Ryan and Eric ran my programs for both lower back pain and should issues following an injury. Both pushed me to improve without being overbearing and always being conscious of the challenges I was facing. A welcoming environment, ATW offers not just physical therapy routines, but also recovery services to include hot and cold therapy and electro-stimulation therapy. My therapists added exercises to the MedBridge Go app on my phone so I could get reminders of correct form and log my progress when working out at home between appointments. All were available during normal business hours if I had any questions, and the phone was always answered within 2 rings. Ryan’s dog Loki is a welcoming presence every time I visit, and provides good company while you complete your exercises.
