"Dr Desai and Windy his PA are very kind however the front desk staff can be very rude, especially “Jennifer” in the back. In fact she harassed me in Starbucks today! Front desk personnel talk about patients in the waiting room as if we cannot hear them. I hope Dr. Desai and Windy read this and consider getting new reception help."

"I was diagnosed with stage IV metastatic breast cancer in 2016 and these doctors and nurses have kept me not only alive but humble. They have eased my fears and given me top notch care for 4 plus years!!"

"I was given an incorrect prognosis by Dr. Lawrence I had to question a few times before I received the correct prognosis, wasn't bad enough having cancer, I also walked around for months with a prognosis that was worse then the correct one. The Staff of nurses and doctors tried to somehow blame me, they didn't want to get sued. Anyhow there were more instances, I received no compassion whatsoever, perhaps because I was from New York City , I have always taken care of myself Inside and out, I even received a comment about my blonde hair and the insurance I had, I wasn't able to work. One nurse even passed a comment how some people still work, making me feel bad, I have always been a worker. I was declared disable by the state of NY . Which I only accepted for a few months. The side effects and pain of radiation along with a radical neck dissection are extreme, but I am strong and determined in spite of all this. I do hope they treat other patients with more compassion. I will never forget this bad experience. Thank you Sherri Damiani"
