"Had to go to the ER and then in the ICU. The treatment and service was impeccable and the staff was world class. I was totally amazed at their dedication, sacrifice, and friendliness. The equipment was state of the art. Building and rooms were very nice."
"PLEASE ! If you have an option, go to a different hospital. There is a few employees in all departments that keep the place open and not just there for a paycheck. Inexperience and just plain rudeness runs through the whole establishment, valet, food service, (the wort!) nurses, hospitalist, and ER docs. It seems like the place was design as a hotel not a hospital. Lots of thing inside and outside the building just do not make sense. I'm sure lots of things were rushed and overlooked. One can just imagine the force to have an on schedule grand opening. They are playing games with human lives in this community. We can only hope and pray it will improve in the near future. Till then, if I have a choice I will be going to a out of town hospital. HAVE OR BE A GOOD ADVOCATE for your self and god bless!"
"I've spent 2 visits at the hospital. One for 6 days, the other we shall see as I've been here3 days so far. I've not had 1 person be rude to me. Staff is extremely knowledgeable in their field. Food that's brought to me is what's expected from mass food prep type environment. Can't think of anything else."
"Came in to ER and was in room within 20 minutes. The nurses and all staff are courteous and amazing. The quality of care has been amazing at this hospital."
"I went in for a procedure yesterday(Thursday) and had a great experience. From when I first got there to when picked up the care was exceptional. The woman that checked me in was very nice and informative. Then the registration was quick and easy. The waiting room was real good size and lots of seats to use. I was called back in a timely matter by a real nice nurse that showed me to my room and did my vitals. Then they came for bloodwork and did it with ease and person was pleasant. Everyone I encountered in the OR was very caring and gentle. My recovery nurse Tina went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and at ease. Then John came and wheeled me out a discharge and he was very friendly and even laughed with us on the way down. So every single person was amazing that day, thank you!! I would definitely have a procedure there again!!!"
