"DO NOT GO HERE! Good office turned rotten!!! Absolutely DO NOT recommend!! Former patient in need of emergency tooth extraction and they left me out to dry. Context: I’ve been a patient here but due to life changes such as work I have not gone to a dentist for a while. Just recently I had to go to an emergency appointment during vacation for severe tooth pain. They told me I needed an emergency wisdom tooth extraction and to follow up with my dentist. I called and spoke with Brenda who is their regular receptionist. She told me to have the other office I went to see during my vacation send over the files and they’d schedule something with a surgeon they go through for me because they don’t do that there. I did just that but never heard back from Neighborhood Family Dentistry. Months later to today I called back because the pain is excruciating and causing other pains too. Brenda treated me the worst today as far as telling me that they’re too busy and have many other important patients not accepting me as a patient anymore and hanging up on me while I was speaking. I did not give her any attitude to begin with and even wished her a happy new year when she answered the phone. She started the new year with straight attitude that I’ve never experienced from a doctors office."

"went to my first appointment for a cleaning/check up on Thursday and heard the sad news that I had two cavities but Dr Erin Brown is wonderful as well as all staff here!! so friendly and hospitable, made me feel right at home and so comfortable. the fillings were a breeze! 10/10!!"
