"I recently attended part 1 of Dr. Jordan Seda's three part seminar, Heal Yourself: Upper Body Focus. This seminar was well organized and thoughtfully presented. The information provided and the techniques he taught were of immediate and practical use. Jordan is expert at distilling the information 'out there' about pain, healing, injuries and anatomy. His delivery is direct, serious and engaging. I highly recommend people attend the next two parts of this seminar on the lower body and spine. He's been a consistent and trustworthy presence and has helped so many people heal while still remaining active!"
"Came to see Jordan for a combination of both lower back and shoulder injuries, possibly related to capoeira. I found him online looking for someone who would understand my challenges there. "Jordan is the type of physical therapist I've always wanted to work with. I came to him with hip pain I was experiencing and he took the time to diagnose, treat, and create a rehab exercise regimen that got me back to being pain-free quickly. You can tell all he cares about is seeing people recover from whatever is ailing them. The rehab exercises were exactly what I needed and came with videos so they were easy to follow each day. Can't recommend Jordan enough."

The best parts about working with Jordan are that he is really responsive when you reach to him, is very knowledgable and takes the time to work with you and not just watch you do exercises, and that he provides video clips for the exercises that you should do after the session.
