"Dr. Capiola was absolutely amazing with my knee surgery. He did not push the procedure, but instead told me the pros and cons of surgery. He allowed me to make an informed decision, and post surgery is a day and night difference from the pre surgery pain and swelling. He’s amazing!"

I was very nervous but after I saw Dr. Mark, I knew that I did not have to worry any more. Dr. Mark has been very helpful and always on target since the first day I visited him, during my therapy and after my surgery. "The entire management team lacks the necessary qualifications for a professional medical practice. They exhibit ignorance, arrogance, and indifference, showing no concern for your feelings. Despite waiting for nearly an hour, the staff simply informed you to reschedule your appointment without offering any apology, explanation, or respect for your time. Their lack of empathy towards their patients is evident. Upon reporting the situation to the female manager, she displayed impatience and merely stated, "I will talk to the team." In addition to your physical injury and pain, the management team inflicts emotional distress and brings you worst experience. I would like to ask this team, if one day you were in the position of a patient rather than a staff member, how would you feel if you were treated the same way you treat your patients? Aren't you ashamed of your work and attitude? While the doctor is competent and responsible, it is advisable to avoid this place of disaster unless the team significantly improves their service."
