"Horrible! Had my test weeks ago at Walgreens & final results took 4 days AND it never made it to MyChart or LabCorp. Where ever it was supposed to be listed. I did receive a short text. Person on the phone must be a speed reader as he rambled the page he was reading about not retesting. WTH?. Today I received a “we were unable to contact you” letter. Again, WTH?? You’ve called me multiple times & Ive returned your calls. Do Not Use Them!! CVS results in 2 days & posted on MyChart in no time. Again Do Not Use PWN! Ever!"

"BEWARE!! Both my husband and I had testing done at our local RiteAid two weeks ago on Jan. 5th. We had not received our results so our pharmacist gave me a phone number to call. The nice man on the phone said he could see they received our tests and would escalate our accounts to the lab. Then he gave me the lab's email address and suggested I email the lab as well. Still no results have come back yet, and I have not received a response to the emails I sent on Jan. 14. Will never go anywhere that goes through PWNHealth again!"

"Signed up for a PCR Covid Test at Rite Aid using Verily's Project Baseline (horrible interface & out of date screening questions), but I had an appointment. Went perfectly at Rite Aid, simple drive thru self swab. Then the problems began. Friends that took the test the same day as I got their results back. I'd heard nothing. Checked email. Nothing. Logged on to Project Baseline and was surprised to see it said I missed the appointment. Called Rite Aid and the pharmacist assured me my sample was sent but that they can't scan them in store so it shows "appointment missed." Makes no sense to me but the pharmacist assured me my results would be coming. Still waiting. I've emailed the support people. No response. PWNHealth or Everly Health, what ever they are a calling themselves now, appear to be the most disorganized, non responsive health care/testing facility ever. Don't take big contracts from Rite Aid & Walgreens if you can't deliver ACCURATE & TIMELY results."

"Before you get COVID PCR testing, make sure they are not using PWNHealth for processing the results. I was tested on Saturday AM at Rite Aid in Stroudsburg, PA, and the process was relatively quick and painless. However, I am still waiting on test results 5+ days later. My wife and I have been tested multiple times in the past at other sites, and results have been available in 1 or 2 days. We have been stuck in quarantine limbo for way too long. The only communication I received was a single e-mail after 5 days saying my results are still "in process"."
