"I have been struggling with knee pain and limited range of motion for over 20 years. After several bouts of PT and 4 surgeries, I continued to have issues. I found Project Physical Therapy on Instagram, and Danny’s dancing caught my eye, I started watching his videos and learning how Project Physical Therapy is different. I am very happy that I took the leap to learn more as it led me to working with Uriah. Uriah has been outstanding. All of my appointments have been telehealth due to the distance, but the progress I have made is amazing. Uriah recognizes your weaknesses and turns them into strengths. He doesn’t just look at the targeted problem area, he identifies the areas that are the root issue of that targeted area. Uriah has pushed me and in only six sessions, I can bend my knee much easier and further than I could before. The tear I had in my meniscus is much better. My hip is more flexible, and my ankle and calf are getting stronger, as well as other muscles. Uriah is not only very professional, he is kind and believes that you can progress. Uriah, you have made a huge impact on my quality of life, I am extremely grateful for you. I’m thankful you push me past my fears."

"I came across Project Physical Therapy by watching their videos on social media. Decided to try it since I’ve been having extreme pain in my knee that was restricting me from daily activities. My therapist is Uriah. He has so much patience with me but yet pushes me to get stronger every session. When I walked in 6wks ago, I was limping and hardly any mobility. "PPT! What what? You guys are amazing!!! Shout out to Uriah! He changed my life the first time we met. I highly recommend seeing him in person as his hands are literal magic! I was almost to a point of giving up … had made disability plans for the future, own 2 wheelchairs, 3 canes, a walker, electric scooter and an electric trike to help me live life and “walk”. I have had 5 hip surgeries over 30 years and hadn’t healed properly after the 4th leaving me unable to successfully walk for 5 years since 39 years old. Ditched my cane after our first session!!
