"Whoever is answering here ALL NEED RETRAINING on HOW TO BE PROFESSIONAL. I called today 5-8-24 at 1:30pm and after being on hold for too long of a time someone almost whispering answered never stating it was Callen Lourde/ Spy Center or anything professional and had extremely loud background noise which I politely informed them about it and they said ok and hung me up rudely. I then called again and waited for a human to answer and spoke to Ziggy (or Vicky) who spoke clearly but kept saying “yes for sure” with each word I would exchange and that is UNPROFESSIONAL and condescending so I informed Ziggy (or Vicky) how their choice of words were sounding like and stated I do not call them to play games or waste their time and am always respectful and also know being a former phone operator can be trying BUT IT IS NO REASON TO BE RUDE TO CALLERS. I suggest management retrain these phone operators to speak professionally and not on street slang because this is a professional establishment with patients who need help and if I’m being hung up on due to an inadequate rude phone operator and being spoken to unprofessionally and condescendingly by another I can’t imagine the many patients they do a disservice to who don’t have courage to let them know it’s unacceptable behavior. HIRE PROFESSIONALS WHO TREAT AND SPEAK PROFESSIONALLY."

"My doctor did not send a video link for one of our sessions. I tried to email/ call but she left no contact information, just the front desk which is impossible to get a hold of. Because of this I was kicked out of therapy. Great job, guys"

"The supervisor Derrick doesn't care about accountability at all. I have called asking to speak with him three times nada as long as its puppies and rainbows you will hear from him by the end of the day. Thers just literally no accountability with this guy my therapist who i terminated was a decent human being thats what I can say of them Who i believe was was overworked to the point it taxed their memory i really shouldn't b writing this because i am certain if he is made aware of this review he will find some arbitrary reason to terminate my services no matter i am physically disabled with no referral in sight to fill another month script he can away with it too because there's clients like me who prior to advocating for themselves with the proper agencies take in consideration other parts of callen lorde who do great work for such an undeserved demographic like ours. This guy is exploiting t too.. hat and getting paid for it too i say sell the building because Chelsea needs another overpriced bistro use the money to start it over again with total new management. For mental health services unbelievable"

"Very happy with the Therapy services, as well as my new doctor and Group Therapy at Callen-Lorde. I switched my Primary Care from Mt Sinai to Callen-Lorde because I feel more comfortable and understood at this facility. A+"
