"Dr. Keil is an amazing doctor, after years of searching for a PCP in manhattan - I finally found her. She is very caring, has an excellent bed side manner and overall just makes you feel very safe and comfortable. You know she does her research on all of your questions and takes the time to discuss everything thoroughly, I have never felt rushed. It is also very easy to get in touch with her office, they always pick up the phone - I've found that this is a hard trait to find in manhattan. The lead administrator is rude but I think she means well, it's worth it to see Dr. Keil. Dr. Keil has alway fit me into her schedule when I'm not feeling well and I highly recommend her! I am heart broken to be moving out of manhattan and leaving her care."

"Dr. Keil is an exceptional doctor; Unfortunately her lead administrator is extremely rude. She refused to schedule an appointment with a very aggressive tone, I was told new appointments were not being taken at this time and was indirectly called a liar when asked how many times I’ve visited the office. I haven’t seen the doctor in 3 years and understand the current uptick (pandemic) may have changed the process. The human factor should not change - front office (admin) rudeness sets the wrong message."
