"Been in the waiting room over an hour past when my appointment was scheduled, still waiting to seen. Need to book fewer appointments if you can’t honor appointment times."

"Do not EVER go here. Whether it be OG/GYN, Urology, or regular services. I took a urine sample, they refused to give me a sink or hand sanitizer to wash my hands, instead leaving unwashed hands to touch every door to get to the bathroom, and thought I was being unreasonable. They withhold ALL my medical results (illegal) and tell me I need to come in (if they even call), I'll come in and they tell me ALL the results came back OK. I had a LEEP procedure, after months and months, no one followed up even though they said it was "necessary" that they follow up and I come back. I get a bill from the lab and they've had the results for months. After trying to withhold them to get me to come in the office yet again to take my money, I refused and I waiting for results again... for a surgery related to pre cancerous cells. The anesthesiologist is "uncomfortable" to be nice. He humiliates you while youre in a robe, asked me why I was fainting from being poked with needles (you're the doctor), told me I wasn't a real engineer (cornell CS degree - i don't even care I didn't bring it up), and when I was naked, in a robe with the back open, I tried to sit down on the table, he kept saying "AH NO", I had no idea why, eventually he said I need to leave my butt hanging out to sit down. I don't care that that was the instruction, but he had me guessing what he wanted with a smirk, knowing he's trying to humiliate me. Do not leave yourself passed out around this man."

"I went in for an appointment regarding pain that I’ve been feeling in my ovaries and truly did not have a good experience here at all as I was met with such a lack of empathy. After showing up 20min earlier than my scheduled appointment to fill out forms as requested by the doctor, I was placed in a room and waited an additional 40 min to be seen which was ridiculous. Finally a PA came to my room and I explained to them my situation and all I was told is that an ultrasound was needed. I booked an appointment with Dr Molly McBride on Zocdoc, but was seen by a PA Jamie Schwartz instead. She was not very nice and was sarcastic. She left the room and I waited an additional 15-20 minutes before the ultrasound tech rudely knocked on the door and asked me to follow her to the ultrasound room. She told me to remove my pants and undergarments and left the room without closing the door. There were three men next door working on something so I find it so disgusting that she would just leave the door open while telling me to change. She was very rude the whole time. When she came back, without any explanation of what she will be doing. I had no idea if it was going to be an external or a transvaginal ultrasound. She just stuck the probe in vaginally. It was extremely painful. I felt so uncomfortable the whole time. When it is done, I changed back to my clothes and before I went back to the exam room I was in, I asked the nurse or nurse assistant if I could use the bathroom and she rudely told me the way. When I got back the doctor just told me my ultrasound results and I just felt the lack of empathy and the whole gyn staff was so rude. Why be in the healthcare profession if they treat patients this way. I went home crying the whole way feeling completely dissatisfied with my experience. I am also working in healthcare and would never treat patients this way, especially when they are going through something so sensitive. I read reviews before choosing this and I am starting to think all the positive reviews are made up because this is truly the worse experience I have ever had."

"Before I came to this office I was feeling so bad. I couldn’t go to work with all the symptoms that I was experiencing. But after my procedure with Dr. Golowa, I feel so much better. I am truly thankful to have this doctor help me. He is an excellent doctor."

"The doctor I saw was good. However the front desk was terrible. I am trans and the front desk refused to use my preferred name and insisted on using my legal name. When I used my preferred name the second time, the front desk woman literally said "that's not your name, you did it again". Very unprofessional and I would recommend any trans people to stay away from this place."
