"These are the absolute worst group of people you can consider for management of your health. It is evident in their lack of organization that there is no cohesiveness in their unit of staff. The amount of inconsistent information I received when trying to get clarification on an issue related to my health and personal medical records truly baffled me. It is really as if they just say the first thing that comes to their mind for the simple reason of having a response; one which they will contradict minutes later if the conversation is held on for long enough. Speaking to four different staff members (including the doctor) was not enough to help my situation since they were more focused on my frustration that stemmed from their staff continually giving me false/inaccurate information regarding when and how I’d get my records at a time I needed it most. When asked why it was so difficult for them to print out the medical records I had almost two weeks asking for, that I also wanted for my own personal keeping, their answers were either “give us the doctors fax and we’ll fax it” or “because we generally don’t print records,” which proved that they were indeed able to do so, but were just not interested in the extra workload of getting it done for me. Simply put, this facility is filled with staff that seem to be allergic to accountability as they couldn’t admit their errors and the effects of their inconsistencies on my situation when I brought them up. I really wish I wouldn’t have to deal with them, so now I’m left with figuring out ways that I can make that happen. At this point, I can only advise anyone else who is considering working with them to simply not!"

"Unprofessional and terrible place. Phone calls are never answered. We scheduled online for our annual visit after calling 10+ times. We showed up for our appointment and were told to wait outside, and they’ll call us in 1 hour to come back because they’re running behind. We did as we were told, waited outside, but received no phone call. We still came back in 1 hour later to find the office closed. This is not how you treat patients. They knew we were waiting well past our appointment time, but they felt that it was fine to close their office and leave. How is this acceptable? I have no idea how this office remains in business with this kind of patient experience."

"Terrible place. The assistant seems to be calling the shots. Barely ever see Dr roedan. Was supposed to get bloodwork done for a bunch of things and this "assistant" forgot to put in the order so blood was drawn for nothing. Ridiculous. It seems like the owner tries to search patients names to determine if the review is credible or not. Doesnt even address the issues at hand. The hold time is Ridiculous and they're always confused or refusing to help."

"I typically don't write reviews. I am very cognizant of a Physicians' time and understand that wait time are unavoidable. However in addition to the absurd 2 hour wait time and unavailable staff , this Doctor is disrespectful and demeaning to its patients. When I questioned why he was ordering certain labs or prescribing medication, he became extremely defensive and told me to find a new Doctor. He was trying to charge me 15 dollars to get my paperwork back. I called my insurance and they told me I should not be getting charged to receive my paperwork when they already paid for the visit. He ended up shredding my only copy of medical paperwork for school. Please AVOID this practice!"
