"I have been a patient at NJ Eye and Ear for years, usually visiting once a year. While the Dr is great, the front office staff is consistently terrible. Every time I go, the wait is over an hour, and my last visit was an hour and a half. Today, I was 15 minutes late due to traffic, and they acted unsure if they could even see me—seriously? On top of that, dealing with insurance here is always a hassle. Even though they called in advance and I provided all the necessary information, they still made me wait while they checked the insurance for another 10 minutes. This place really needs to get its act together."

"What an amazing ophthalmology practice. Everyone in the office is super kind and helpful. The facility is state of the art. Went as a new patient and my eyes were checked by 10 different hi tech machines! You’re escorted around the various machines by a wonderful team of eye techs. Then on to see Dr. Stegman who was fantastic. He has all your measurement and pictures in front of you. Goes over everything. My eye health went from 0-100 in one visit. Thank you!"

"Didn’t even get to see a doctor! I went to see an ear dr urgently and I couldn’t. I knows offices are strict with appointment times, but been just 3 minutes late from the additional time for a very valid reason. I had just been at the hospital and needed an specialist right away, I have to bring my baby with me and by the time I got there, parked and went up they said it was too late. I understand, I was late, but really needed the help, so not even trying again. Al ready have an appointment at another office. Very rude staff"

I didn't have to wait long. My appointment started on time. All the tests I had to do prior to seeing the doctor flowed quickly. I was in and out within an hour."
