"Manager gave my wife a hard time redeeming coupons she noticed didn't come off bill .manager tell her because she used my card..meanwhile my card is at home. My wife never used my card .anyway she stated you can't use your husband coupons. We shar an account. Very foolish statement. Terrible customer service too"
"I’m disappointed with this location. I’m a weekly shopper for Pediasure vanilla flavor milk shake for my toddler. Last week I realized that there PEDIASURE VANILLA MILKSHAKE (green box) was expired, so I advised one of the workers to look into it to avoid poisoning a child. Today, I come in thinking that BJs did their job, so I purchased a box. I didn’t check expiration date because I was in a rush because and didn’t want to get caught in the rainstorm. Big mistake. This was expired on 08/01/2024. I can’t imagine how many other families bought a box and didn’t realized they were feeding their kids expired milk. I would love to go the the store right now to complain, but guess what, I can’t. It’s pouring out. Yup, this is going straight to corporate."
"Services of this place is ridiculous. For being such a big store in US & being unable to hire the qualified personnel at the right hours it’s unjustified. And the “superiors” are also not qualified to deal with such situations. Unprofessional answers and also uncared for providing good customer service"
"I regularly shop at the Deer Park location and am generally satisfied with it. I occasionally get the rotisserie chicken, which I did again on March 12. The price has not changed in a couple of years, but the chickens are smaller and smaller. The problem is they continue to cook them the same way, as a result they are overcooked. I picked one that was not so well done, but still I ended up with very dry and trashy meat. They need to do something about that"
