"Purchased 4 dresses from Forever 21 in the Tanger outlets. Due to COVID they don't offer in store dress trial. So I had to bring them home try them on and go back to return/exchange. When I went back to return 2 items, adjust price for 1 item and purchase 1 item. They showed some attitude and ended up charging me twice for 1 item. The manager and cashier were very poor in math and calculation. I was in a hurry so didn't get a chance to catch this stupidity but was doubtful that something was wrong. After coming home as I checked the receipts I founud that I have to visit that stupid store again!! What an hassle!!"
