"Granted I got to the store with 25 minutes left to close, I went there knowing the specific item I needed to purchase: 14' ladder. Sounds simple enough but unfortunately it wasn't. I looked in the aisle for that specific model and height myself but it wasn't in the bay area listed so I wanted to reconfirm with a worker the actual inventory. The first worker I asked was an elderly gentleman who was willing to help out and even told me his phone was showing a few in stock. He looked in the aisle yet again, tried looking in other areas, and even asked other co-workers. I counted at least 5 different people he asked but each one did not seem willing to help out since it was near closing time. I thought at one point a floor supervisor was going to help out but he was too focused on closing the registers up. I was very patient up to the point when the announcement was made they were closed and asked the floor sup if I should come back another day or is someone still helping me out? Only response back I got was what seemed like a guess or even to just get rid of me that the few items showing in stock were maybe stolen and not accounted for properly in inventory. Props only to the elderly gentleman who was at least showing he was willing to help me out. The rest need a refresher course on customer service."

"Home Depot is always a good place to shop for a variety of home decor, repair, DIY projects, and seasonal items. Being disabled I was glad the store had a number of electric ride-on carts charged and ready. I wish more stores would do this."

"Terrible service. No one know anything that works there about anything they are selling. The one guy looked either drunk or high that helped us. We then get to the register with over $600 worth of stuff and they wouldn’t give my husband his military discount without him downloading an app which he does not want to do on his phone. We asked to speak to a manger and apparently they don’t have one. The assistant manager was no help and was very arrogant. They do not support our veterans at all. We wound up leaving our stuff at the register and leaving very mad. Horrible experience and we will never shop there again! Not to mention we spent over 2k last week alone."

"I went to get some top soil for some new beds. They had a wide variety and a wide variety of prices, so you can pick the price that works for you. I love how they have the plants well labeled for perennials and annuals. I was able to get everything I wanted with no issues. Roses are now on sale for 50% off. Will definitely go get some but my truck was full."
