"Showed up to do an online pickup, and saw a sign saying "be back in 30". I figured the staff might be having lunch, so I let and came back in a half hour. Sign was still up, so I figured maybe they were running late, and I left again. Came back in another 15 minutes, and sign was still up, doors locked. Waited another 5 minutes in the freezing and nobody ever came. I get it, sometimes staff needs to run out for something. But this is extremely frigging unprofessional."

"OMG I haven't been to this store since I was in highschool! My mom and I went to get my nephew some five nights at Freddy's merchandise for Christmas and we ended up leaving with more stuff for myself! They have such a cute selection of little keychains and pins. I fell in love with this bubble tea keychain with a cat head on top of the cup. Being a huge cat lover they had lots of cat knick-knacks. Definitely changed since I was a teenager but for the better!"

"Excellent selection of things however most shirts and sweatshirts were medium and smaller Prices were high but isn't these days! I would love to see more sales. Overall it is still my favorite store to get a variety of things with your favorite characters from Jack Skellington to the Mad Hatter"
