"UPDATE ON 12/5/23.. STAFF IS VERY ANGRY OVER MY POST OF THE WAY THE STORE WAS AND HOW THE EMPLOYEE HAVE BEEN LATELY AND ALMOST WAS REFUSED SERVICE TODAY AND TBEY MENTIONED BECAUSEOF REVIEW. .... Staff is angry and mean. Store is always low in stock. God forbid you ask for help or to make something fresh you get a nast attitude. Plus cleanliness is declined asked if someone could clean the microwave and was told where the towel was and to do it myself. There are 3 other 7-11s within a mile of this one do your self a favor and use on of them. I suggest the one on horseblock and Bellport ave. They are fully stocked and food always in the window and made fresh."
"I came in today to buy something I got charged 2x asked for a manager the guy said wait 30 mins and I asked for refund he was rude unprofessional and simply just wanted my money back never got my refund be careful too check when you use your credit card at this place"
"Don’t try ordering mobile orders from this 7-Eleven late night. Just tonight the very nasty and unprofessional night shift employee refused to fulfill several of my mobile customers orders. They were not orders for hot food, they were orders for simple items like bottles of soda, potato chips, Hostess cupcakes, all items readily available on the shelf. This employee refused to fulfill orders and was very nasty and unprofessional."
"The best. Coffee is always fresh and delicious! I moved to PA a few years ago and there coffee is just not good. Everytime we visit, coffee and a buttered roll is my go too. Staff is friendly, store is clean. Wish I could come back more often. "
