"Stopped to use the ATM. There was a dispensing error and it did not give me my money. I spoke with the owner of 7-11 and he said I had to call the number on the ATM and they my would refund the money which is 100% NOT accurate. The automated message says they DO NOT REFUND MONEY for dispensing errors and to file a claim with your bank. What’s most annoying is that he said this just happened to someone else but he didn’t put up a sign to say the machine was broken and that the reason I wasn’t getting a live person on the phone to refund my money was because it was Sunday…"

"But always a good place to shop for quick pickups. Some not all of the worker are not very friendly. To most of facilities ( bathroom) out on 25A in Brookhaven have been close to the public.as a traveler it would be an inconvenience. Nothing like LOVES or Flying J and TA station... in 7 -11 customer service are not able to perform their duties"

"Thank you 7 Eleven, and thank you for the great staff! Not only that they offer great goods they offer fresh and healthy food, their staff are amazing and providing information for travelers. My parents visited their once but my sister wasn't with them"
