"My grandfather was recently in a nursing home for physical therapy rehab. He declined rapidly while there and we decided to set up home Hospice care. All we wanted for him was to be home and to be comfortable and safe, but he needed 24 hour care and we couldn’t give that on our own so we had to get some help. Never Alone sent us the most AMAZING caregivers. Two in particular (Yvonne and Robin), were so caring and kind to my grandfather when we were unable to be there. They had my grandfather and my families best interest in mind and always made sure he was comfortable and safe. They would check in with me even on their days off to see how he was. He was only home for about 10 days before he passed away, but he was comfortable, in his own home, and passed with dignity -and we would not have been able to achieve that without those wonderful ladies help. I can’t thank them enough!"

"Bridget was amazing and Andrea seemed very capable, HOWEVER, Mary was a hot mess! She told my daughter she was uncomfortable giving meds! My daughter gave the meds and kept track of things overnight during Mary’s stay. She (my daughter) helped throughout the overnight and even had to show Mary how to check for a pulse! If this is the type of person Marie will send to care for someone she knows, imagine what she will send for strangers. She should be ashamed and reconsider her livelihood."
