"I broke my tailbone in 2020 and tried several places to help with the pain when it didn't heal (doctors, physical therapists, etc). I was able to see Dr. Cappuccino and he gave me a referral for UB Neurosurgery. For the first time in 3 years, I can sit normally with barely any pain. He takes time with each of his patients equally so if you have a bit of a wait, it'll be well worth it. He doesn't talk down to you and doesn't stand with his hand on the door knob, waiting to make a fast escape! He's never been rude or impatient with me and I do ask questions if I don't understand, sometimes more than once. His staff is very competent and helpful."
