- Gift Certificates: Any gift certificates expiring in 2023 are valid for use in 2024.
- Booking: Please note that Abbey is typically booked 10-12 weeks in advance. The dates provided for first availability on the website are accurate, so plan your visit accordingly.
- Cancellation Policy: A 24-hour notice is required for cancellations. Failure to provide notice will result in a charge of 50% of your service cost. If no credit card is on file, payment is required before booking another appointment. Invoices will be sent by mail if no follow-up appointment is made.
