"I am not one to write negative reviews but I feel compelled to share to save others from a poor experience. Last year I went to the PA and she was excellent, very attentive, a good listener etc. This year I had a follow up with Dr. Frachetti and from start to finish the experience was a negative one. No one answers the phone, you’re forced to leave a message and I’m still waiting for a call back from 4 days ago. I had an appointment with Dr Frachetti and dismissive is the best description I can give. The appointment lasted less than five minutes. She reported everything was good now and she no longer needed to see me…I could come back if things changed but basically thanks, you’re discharged now. I said I had a few other issues I wasn’t happy with and wasn’t feeling the best and she acted like I was crazy and my hormones are just fine, no need to look into it. She talked over me, had no bedside manner and could really care less what I had to say. I left the appointment feeling bewildered that I’m going to even pay a copay for a three minute conversation and total disregard for me as a person. Highly disappointed."

"Had my first and last appointment today. Saying Dr. Frachetti was dismissive is an understatement. I've had Graves disease for about 17 years, but she wanted to disregard my experience and what I was saying as an afterthought. I told her I have heart palpitations at one Synthroid dosage but not at another. She doctorsplained to me how I must be mistaken, because science would disagree. When I told her it's bizarre to doubt my own recognition of my body's response, she told me I must have misheard. Girl, I heard you. I walked out after no more than 4 minutes with her. Bye."

"I had my first appointment with Dr. Fachetti today and was happily impressed and felt hopeful for the first time in many years. I have had several negative experiences with endocrinologists and was not looking forward to this visit. I left feeling upbeat and educated after she spent a generous amount of time with me. New approaches were planned and I am now eager to have a new outlook on what can be a very depressing illness. Fingers crossed, I will forge a strong defense with new resources to gain better control of this diabetes. I feel blessed and grateful for this opportunity."

"Do not go to this practice. Avoid it. You see the Dr. once then a PA. The Dr. is not friendly and neither are the receptionists. They just decide to terminate you as a patient when they feel like. If you read the reviews you will see that many have had the same issue of being terminated from the practice or the way they have been treated. Look for someone who is willing to help you and not just brush you off like this place does. There are better Dr.'s out there that are willing to take you as a patient."

"I just finished with my first appointment with PA Kiersten, and she was great! I thoroughly enjoyed her bubbly and understanding personality. She was extremely receptive to everything I had to say, and answered all of my questions and concerns. She made me feel at such ease about my thyroid disease, and highly recommend her as a physician"
