"Polite staff. Very busy place so be prepared to “hurry up & wait” & also through my experience be prepared to not have a voice. So far I’ve been treated as a number as apparently every patient is the same. The doctor who was diagnosing me & calling the shots didn’t even take the time to meet with me or speak with me. He made decisions having not spoken one word to me. I was relegated with a middle man, who was doing his job just fine, but several times he absolutely insulted my intelligence. But he had to get permission from his superior, who couldn’t be bothered to talk to me. And he was making decisions about my healthcare, which is not just a simple case it’s fairly unique, even more reason for the main doctor to speak to me, but he was perfectly fine MISDIAGNOSING me because he wouldn’t see me & NO MATTER WHAT I SAID, it just wasn’t heard. So at the moment I am just a voiceless number & that needs to change we’ll see how the next visit goes."
